Ingredients:
Pomegranates
Directions:
-Use an inexpensive Citrus Juicer. (I bought a Black & Decker one at Walmart for less than $13)--Cut the pomegranates in half.
-Press down on juicer like you would an orange
-Juice runs into the juice catcher and the pulp goes to the chickens ... I did a whole bushel in less than an hour on Saturday ... we add our pomegranate juice to commercial grape juice or Acai' juice so we don't have to add any additional sugar. It's yummy and rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Just because of this discovery, we're going to plant 6 more pomegranate bushes this fall.
Notes:
You could also make jellies or freeze it in ice cube trays for future use.
