Snickerdoodles

Dough:

1 c. butter

2 tsp. cream of tartar

1 ½ c. sugar

1 tsp soda

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

3 c. flour

Cinnamon sugar:

2 TBS sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

Beat the butter and sugar together with mixer. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to the butter mixture and mix. Do not over mix. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Flatten with a glass dipped in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
