4 cups cooked down apples (drained)
¾ cup sugar
¾ tsp. cinnamon
2 or 3 Tbs tapioca or flour
1 tsp butter
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and tapioca together and stir into apples. Dump into a baked crust and dot with butter. Top with another crust and bake at 400 for about 35 minutes or until lightly brown.
