Cashew Chicken

This will feed four hungry people!

Ingredients:

1 lb. chicken
onion
Small head of cabbage
rice noodles
Soy sauce
2c. cashews
Sugar
cornstarch

Directions:

-Mix 2 Tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tsp. cornstarch.
-Add chicken cut into small thin strips.
-Leave for 15 min. chop onions, and shred cabbage.
-Sauté chicken in oil, and onion, sauté together then remove from pan.
-Put 2 Tbsp. oil in hot pan, add 1 Tsp. sugar then sauté cabbage in pan for 4 min.
-Then add chicken and veggies.
-Add 2 C. cashews, sauté.
-Make sauce with ¼ C. soy sauce, 1 Tsp. cornstarch, mix into mixture.
-Leaven and steam for 1 min.
-Then add rice noodles.
-Serve on top of cooked rice.
