Crouton Chicken Strips

Ingredients:

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts-cut into strips
1 bag croutons, crushed
3-4 egg whites
1 6 oz. bag parmesan cheese

Directions:

-Beat egg whites in bowl with fork until mixed.
-Combine crushed croutons and cheese in separate bowl.
-Take the chicken and dip in egg whites, cover completely.
-Then dip into crouton mixture, covering the whole chicken strip.
-Put onto greased baking sheet.
-Spread any extra of the crouton mixture on top of the chicken.
-Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is done.
-Take out of oven and serve.

Notes:

Dip in ranch, marinara or barbeque sauce. Enjoy!
