Ingredients:
½ c. butter                                           
1 lb powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese                               
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt                                             
2 TBS half-and-half
Directions:
Whip butter and cream cheese until fluffy smooth.  Add salt, ¼ lb powdered sugar, vanilla, and half-and-half.  Beat for 4 minutes.  Add another ¼ lb powdered sugar and beat for 4 more minutes.  Continue to add powdered sugar and beat for 4 minutes.  Add more vanilla and half-and-half for flavor.
