Breakfast Casserole

6 eggs, slightly beaten 1 tsp oregano
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 lb. browned sausage
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese Chopped onion, to taste
1 tsp dry mustard 1 cup Bisquick
1 tsp parsley 2 cups milk

After sausage and onion are cooked, mix all ingredients together and pour into lightly greased 9”x13” casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This is really good served with salsa.
