2 ½ to 3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
4 eggs
Mix above together.
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
Mix and add to first mixture. Bake at medium heat on waffle iron for 1-2 minutes. Grease first the waffle iron. Frost with chocolate frosting. You may add mint to the frosting.
