1 8 oz package brown and serve sausage links                 
2 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
1 8oz package refrigerator biscuits                                  
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 cup shredded cheese                                               
2 tbsp melted butter
Cook sausage. Drain fat.  Cut in half.  On floured surface, roll out biscuit dough into 3-4 inch circles and drape over lightly grease muffin cups.  Place 2 sausage halves in center.  Sprinkle with cheese and green onion. Then spoon in about 2 tsp of egg.  Pinch dough edges together and seal and brush with butter.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
