Eclair Delight

1 package of graham crackers

2 small packages of chocolate instant pudding (already made and set)

8 oz. tub of cool whip

In a large casserole dish, spread graham crackers to cover the bottom of the pan. Spread half of the chocolate pudding on top of the graham crackers. Then spread half of the cool whip on top of the pudding. Complete Éclair Delight with one more layer of graham crackers, remaining pudding, and remaining cool whip. Put in the refrigerator for two hours to set.
