*Recipe is for two
Ingredients:
Chicken:      
                                                        
chicken breasts (2)
cornstarch
eggs
Sauce:
3/4 C. ketchup         
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 C sugar
¼ C. vinegar 
Mix together!
Directions:
-Dip chicken in cornstarch and then in beaten eggs.
-Fry until golden brown.
-Place in pan.
-Pour sauce over chicken
-Cook at 325 for one hour.
