Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients:

6 medium zucchini
2 beaten eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
¾ tsp dill weed
1 cup Monterey jack cheese
¾ tsp salt

Directions:

Slice zucchini (lengthwise is pretty). Simmer for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain. Place in casserole dish. Top with all other ingredients. You can sprinkle with bread crumbs if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
