Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients:

4-8 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten
Cornstarch
Oil

For Sauce:

¾ c. sugar
4 T catsup½ c. vinegar
1 T soy sauce
½ t garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together.

Directions:

Dip the chicken breasts into the egg, then roll them in the cornstarch
In a small amount of oil, fry the chicken until just browned.
place the chicken in a shallow baking pan, pour the sauce over it, then bake it uncovered at 325 for one hour, turning the chicken every 15 minutes
