Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
¼ c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2 medium carrots-grated
2 medium potatoes-grated
1 onion chopped
Salt and pepper
Mix together and shape into balls, then dust with flour and brown in skillet.
White sauce:
4 T. Butter
½ tsp. salt
4 T. Flour
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
-Melt butter;
-add flour then whisk in milk until smooth.
-Add soup.
-Put cooked meatballs in casserole dish and bake at 250ْ for 45 minutes.
-Serve meatballs and sauce over rice.
