Ingredients:
1 Large can refried beans
16 ounces guacamole
16 oz sour cream
1 taco seasoning packet
4 green onions
1 can sliced olives
2-3 tomatoes, diced
Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
-Spread large can refried beans on bottom of pan.
-Spread 16 oz guacamole on top of that.
-Mix one envelope taco seasoning with 16 oz. of sour cream.
-Spread on top of the guacamole.
-Spread chopped green onions, black olives and tomatoes on top.
-Top off with Cheddar cheese.
-Serve with corn chips (tortilla chips, Fritos, etc)
Notes:
Also good 2nd day wrapped in a tortilla with sour cream and salsa.
