Yummy French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients:

3-4 lbs lean roast beef

1 t dried crushed rosemary

½ cup soy sauce

1 t. dried thyme

1 beef bouillon cube

1 t. garlic powder

1 bay leaf

Hard rolls or French bread

3-4 whole peppercorns


Directions:

-Remove fat from meat and put in slow cooker.

-Combine soy sauce, bouillon cube and spices.

-Pour over roast.

-Add water to almost cover roast.

-Cover and cook on low all day. Remove meat from broth.

-Shred meat with fork.

-Serve on rolls and use broth for dipping.

Notes:

Make 12 sandwiches.
