Flank Steak Teriyaki

Ingredients:

¼ Cup Soy Sauce

¼ Cup 7-Up

¼ Cup Salad Oil

1 t grated fresh ginger (more if you desire)

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 t sugar

1 flank steak or 1 round steak pounded very thin


Directions:

-Mix all ingredients together in a zip lock bag.

-Marinate the meat at least 3-5 hours.

-Cook through on BBQ.
