Chicken and Corn

Ingredients:

4 boneless chicken breasts diced
1 pkg frozen corn or 2 fresh ears of corn
4 green onions chopped
Vegetable oil
Marinate chicken for 5 minutes in a mixture of:
1 egg white
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp accent

Directions:

-Place 2 T oil in frying pan and heat.
-Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Remove chicken from pan (important).
-Add 2 T oil and heat.
-Return chicken to pan a second time and cook for 1 minute.
-Remove chicken from pan.
-Add 1 T oil and heat.
-Add corn and onions and cook just until hot.
-Add chicken and serve.
